To specify the problem further it is not actually your gfx driver that crashes. im confident that this will be solved by the time the game goes live though as im not aware of a single directX 9 game that causes these crashes. however i experience those crashes aswell quite frequently when opening the map. it is however usually exclusively occuring when directX 10 11 or 11.1 is used. the problem exists since the gtx 280 era and has been persistent since then. I hope i could help you to save tons of time browsing the internet to look for reasons and solutions and to show you to reconsider the game as only reason. I'm pretty much sure that there are plenty of different reasons that can cause this problem and my solutions are maybe not the best. I ended up buying a new GPU and i have no more problems since then. To temporarily resolve the problem i used the MSI Afterburner and lowered the clockrate which made the problem to dissappear.for a while.i had to lower it several times (in the end around 60MHz) to run it.

(2.3) some problem with your graphicscard that causes issues with your energy transmission (not sure about the translation, englisch isn't my native language)ġ) if this doesn't solve the problem -> look at 2)Ģ.1 pull out the pins and clean them (best case)Ģ.2 if this is the case you will have to get a new power supply (test another power supply in your system and see if you still have the issue)Ģ.3 this is clearly the worst case because it means you will sooner or later need a new one (test your graphicscard in another PC and see if the error still occurs)

(2.2) your power supply gets old and provides less than it should Try an older version and see if this problem still occurs (i tried about 10 versions and still had the problem)Ģ) your GPU doesn't get enough power to maintain clockrate I spent hours and hours on google researches and read hundreds of posts (sad part is that this is not even an exaggeration) on this problem and there seem to be several sources that might cause this issue:ġ) Driver issues. I also had this issue a few weeks ago (EVGA GeForce GTX 570)Īt first i had this problem only on World of Tanks a few days later it started on World of Warships and a few other games and after a while even on YT videos etc. First of all: i'm not an IT guy.everything in this post reflects what i read on internet forums and personal experience
